Express Shipping:

• For orders under $150, Express Shipping is available at a flat rate of $12.95
• For orders over $150, Express Shipping is available for just $5

All orders are shipped via Australia Post from our Brisbane facility.

Regular Post:

• Same state: 2–4 business days
• Interstate: 3–7 business days

Express Post:

• Same state: 1–2+ business days
• Interstate: 1–3+ business days

We ship daily and strive to process all orders as quickly as possible. Our standard handling time is 24 hours, ensuring your order is packed and dispatched with care. Please note that during peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail to follow your package along its trip to your doorstep.

If you haven’t received your tracking information within 1-2 business days we suggest checking your junk mail before contacting customer support (our system sends at least 2 emails with your tracking information).

Please ensure your order is delivered to a secure location. Seamless Underwear™ is not liable for lost or stolen parcels. If your parcel is missing upon delivery, contact the courier to obtain proof of delivery, as our shipping options include delivery to a safe place.

If you have proof of delivery and still cannot locate your parcel, contact us via the contact form for further assistance. Note that we cannot issue refunds for parcels that are marked as delivered but are missing.
